Dory White Reserve 2014 (IGP)

In the restless waters of the North Atlantic dories used to wander through the night, amidst a fog that always brought cold and solitude with it. There was nothing but the fisherman, the fishing line unraveling between his hands, the codfish he sought for, and a couple of paddles that allowed him to return. The Dory wine is a tribute to those days, a well-deserved homage to those who always believed in the Oceanic strength of dream, to those who gave so much of themselves to provide for others, a courageous display worthy of the most beautiful stories, the past allowing us to write our present.

Tasting Notes Citrus yellow color. The nose boasts a lifting mix of stone fruit, pear and honey. Elegantly framed by well-rounded barrel hints, this wine renders an intense, mineral finish.
Vinification/Maturation Destemmed, lightly pressed, cold settled, fermentation in 400L French oak barrels. Batonnage for 9 months.
