Grapes hand-picked in 20 kilos baskets are totally destemed and ferment with skin maceration for 9 days. The wine then ages for 6 months in 2nd year French oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle.
Description:
Deep red colour. Intense flavor of ripe cherries with slight nuances of spices and dark chocolate. Rich and very involving, it’s well-structured and with great tannins but always very smooth. Long finish. Production: 30,000 bottles.
