Selected graped, crushed at low temperatures with total desteming. The alcoholic fermentation laste for 2 weeks at about 72ºF to get a good extraction of the skins. Stage for 9 months in french oak barrels both new and used.
Description:
Deep ruby color. Rich with luscious dark fruit and vanilla. Full palate with soft but firm tannins and an elegant finish.
