  A house of Port with over a Century of tradition. Tawny Port is the House specialty with stocks dating back to 1900.
   
  Vinification:
  Traditional method of adding wine brandy to the "Juice" to stop fermentation and keep high levels of residual sugar.
   
  Description:
  Matured in old oak casks, this refined blend has intense flavors of dried fruits and toasted notes. Complex nutty nose with hints of ripe fruit.
   
  Paring:
  Try with Pecan or Pumpkin Pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
