Vinification:
15 month stage in a blend of Portuguese and French oak.
Description:
An intense and sensual wine. A wonderful and powerful bouquet, with notes of cherry, plum and wild berries. On the palate, Black cherries, dark jams and even a touch of cassis, percolate thru to the finish. Great complexity with a full body, very balanced throughout.
Paring:
Try with your favorite roast or stew. Full flavored cheeses or simply by itself.
